Instant Criminal Records

E-Locate provides direct access to public data including criminal court, dept. of corrections current and historic inmate data, arrest reports and other sources. E-Locate has billions of records in hundreds of datbases

Since 2002, E-Locate has been providing instant criminal records, people search, civil records, DMV, reverse lookups and more.

E-Locate collects and holds it's own data(WE ARE NOT RESELLERS OR 3RD PARTY PROVIDERS - THE DATA IS OURS!) and updates as frequently as possible.

Other than our system, there is no known public access to any instant nationwide criminal check available. Each state/county has it's own way of providing criminal records, some states refuse to even provide basic information, yet others will tell you just about anything you would like to know about a person

Instant Nationwide Criminal Records

When searching for a subject, it's important to keep in mind that the E-Locate network of databases cover the entire United States and (depending on how popular the persons name is) chances are there are several subjects with the exact same name as your subject.

Local/State Records

The Local/State Records Section gives you the direct links to the different databases and lists offered by each state including the county and city level.

Default Home State If your a active member, you are able to choose which state is automatically displayed in your client area and on the local/state records page. You can easily change your default home state in your Account Settings

Each state is different in the way they provide their criminal records, some let you search all counties in a single search, others may require you search each county one by one, while others may not even allow public access to any records. Using the E-Locate Local/State Records, your able to quickly navigate through the hundreds of different states and counties and locate the information you need!
