Q.  I didn't get my log in information or welcome email, what do I do?

A.  1. Check your bulk / spam folder, many email clients such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail send all emails that appear to be spam into a dedicated folder. This is the most common problem when users do not seem to get our emails.

2. If your account was not activated, your welcome e-mail was not sent. If you paid via credit card or PayPal funds, allow up to 3 minutes for the activation signal to be sent. If you paid via check, it can take up to 1 hour (just open a trouble ticket & we can activate your account)

3. If your a old member (before 10/2008), you may still be on the old system, just open a ticket using our contact page & title it "upgrade", we'll send you a welcome email once the transfer has been complete.
